Nicole Funk is a health & wellness enthusiast. In between raising three children, Nicole dedicates herself to her true passion for health, fitness, and well-being. With infectious enthusiasm and a natural ability to bring out the best in herself and others, Nicole motivates her clients to live their best lives through holistic health practices that include consuming clean & adequate nutrition, exercise (that you love - I will help you find out what that is), the proper amount of rest/sleep, managing life/stress & discovering new, fun activities that bring you great joy.
Nicole is a certified health & nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition), certified Personal trainer (Can-Fit-Pro), and holds a degree in Health & Recreation Education from the University of Victoria. Nicole has worked with a variety of clients from all ages over the past 20 years. Her focus today is to help women discover a realistic & manageable way to feel healthy and happy on a day to day basis. Funktion For Life grew out of Nicole’s lifelong passion for health, the science of nutrition and overall wellness. Guided by a practical and always optimistic approach, Nicole helps clients improve their health, achieve their goals and develop sustainable habits to live a healthy and balanced life.
Nicole is extremely passionate about health and well-being and wants to help you discover the best, most healthy version of yourself. Driven by the desire to help her clients, and her own intellectual curiosity, she studies the latest research, evaluates competing theories and absorbs many podcasts and books related to health & wellness. Most importantly, she uses that knowledge to make individualized recommendations for her clients.
