Full Body strengthening using body weight, exercise balls & resistance bands.
All levels welcome
Come out and move your body with a group class led by personal trainer, Brent Mosses. You will get a full body workout while also fitting in some cardio conditioning and necessary stretching.
Bring: Water, Yoga mat/ towel and your own ball.
Drop in $12.00 per class or pre register and pay $10 / class
