Personal Trainer Brent Mosses

Brent’s mission in life is to help people get fit, maintain and improve their fitness goals, and live a happier and healthier life. An avid sportsman, Brent has played to win and played for fun. He applies his personal experience and fitness expertise to coach athletes to reach the top of their game and individuals to build a strong fitness foundation. Brent takes an enthusiastic approach to personal training and strongly believes that with proper nutrition, a well-designed exercise program and some hard work anything is possible. Brent is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the PENTICTON VEES!


  • Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT)
  • Certified Personal Trainer under the governing body of the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP).
  • Currently studying for Bachelor of Health Sciences from Thompson Rivers University
  • Indoor Cycle Certification from Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association
  • First Aid, CPR & AED
